Student Ministries at Majestic Pines

The Storage Room is the ministry here at Majestic Pines Community Church which reaches out to youth in grades six through twelve. Unlike our children's ministry, we do not meet during the Sunday morning worship service because we want to enable our youth to become active members of the church body along with our adult members. However, we also wish to welcome youth even if they do not attend Majestic Pines on Sunday mornings.

As The Storage Room continues to develop, we anticipate change in our schedule. We hope to soon be open for more than one night a week. Please contact our Church Office at 651-653-4950 for our current schedule of events

The Storage Room exists to provide a safe place for youth to store up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come by knowing, loving, and serving Jesus Christ and helping others to do the same.

Mission: n. The method to this madness

We aim to fulfill our purpose through caring relationships, meaningful worship, biblical teaching, and practical serving opportunities.

Caring Relationships...

We as leaders want every student to know that we care for them. We show our care for one another through small group Bible studies and meeting at The Storage Room for youth group, when we can share our concerns and pray for each other. We also are always coming up with fun ways to spend time getting to know each other, and we want students to know that if they want to talk over lunch, coffee, or a round of hoops, all they have to do is ask.

Meaningful Worship...

At The Storage Room, we see worship as more than just singing. From sharing praises about what God has done in our lives to reflecting on how a Bible passage is teaching us to worship through our actions, we are trying to break down the repetitiveness that leads to insincerity.

Biblical Teaching...

And we mean it! Whether we are going through a topical series or doing an expository study of a book, we expect God's Word to manipulate our teaching, not the other way around.
